Our pre-finished, grained door sets offer you the warmth and feel of a traditional timber door without the need to regularly repaint your door.  By using moisture-resistant and thermally stable materials to make up the structure of our door, the Majestic door will resist the common problems you get with timber doors such as bowing, warping, rotting, expanding and contracting.

GRP SKIN

GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic or Fibreglass) skins offer excellent stability.  They do not absorb moisture or react to heat unlike timber or PVCu doors.  This allows the door to continue performing the same for many years to come.  Where PVCu skins can fail under extreme heat and cold causing them de-laminate or crack, GRP skins will withstand these extremes far better.

COMPOSITE SUBFRAME

Rather than a PVCu or timber subframe used in many other composite doors, the Majestic door uses a composite subframe with similar benefits as GRP.  Because the subframe is stable the door will resist bowing and twisting.

PU CORE

Our high-density, CFC-free, polyurethane core gives the same structural stability as the skin and the subframe.  Rather than a timber core which can still de-form, our PU core, like the skin and subframe offers superior stability.

WIDE CHOICE

Our wide range of colours, designs and decorative glass, custom manufactured to your required size gives you the freedom to create a door that you can be proud of.

HIGH SECURITY

The strength and rigidity of our GRP door panel, along with mulit-point locking, double glazed toughened safety glass and internal glazing as standard gives you greater peace of mind and security for you and your family.

SIDE LIGHTS & TOP LIGHTS

Side light and top light windows are available for all doors in the Majestic collection.  Reinforced couplers are available with sidelights to add extra strength and rigidity to any configuration.

Sidelights are available fully glazed, with midrail or with matching grained full panel.
