Our energy efficient supply only upvc windows are BFRC rated and approved and comply with the latest building regulations. The BFRC is the UK’s national system for rating energy efficient windows and you can find everything you need to know about the ratings on the BFRC website, along with our registered company details.

We offer BFRC B rated upvc windows as standard with the option of A rated windows available. All our upvc windows are internally beaded and we use the Synseal Synerjy 60mm fully sculptured profile as standard and where appropriate, outer reinforced frames. Our energy efficient upvc windows will not only enhance your home's safety, security and thermal efficiency saving you £100's on heating bills, but will also improve your properties value and appearance.

We offer a choice of decorative, Georgian bar, diamond lead or square lead designs, Pilkington energiKare energy saving glass and window openings. Tilt and Turn windows are also available.

Fire escape hinges in bedroom windows can be fitted where required for your safety and regulations. Trickle vents are also available along with dummy sashes/equal sight lines if required to match the window openings.

Our upvc windows are manufactured from profile supplied by Synseal Extrusions Ltd, which are Kitemarked to BS EN 12608 (Licence no. KM30983) and BS7950/BS EN 12608 (Licence no. KM41324. Synseal Synerjy profiles have been assessed by the BBA, Assessment report no. 2643 and no. 2592.

Pilkington energiKare Information

Pilkington energiKare reduces the amount of heat loss through windows and it also allows more heat (energy) from the sun in through the window - this effect is known as solar gain.

As solar gain is heat from the sun, it's 'free of charge' and available all year round.

Pilkington energiKare contains two special types of glass:-

Pilkington K Glass, the UK's best selling low emissivity glass which stops heat escaping from homes.
Pilkington Optiwhite is a special 'extra-clear' type of glass. It increases the degree of solar heat gain and makes home feel warmer without the need to turn up heating.
Filling the double glazed unit with argon gas or using air filling with a new "warm edge spacer bar" stops further heat escaping from homes.
